Our first three sauces are a tour of India’s kitchen. We’ve captured the bold, savory spirit of the West in our Caramelized Onion simmer sauce and the bright, coastal soul of the South in our Coconut Tamarind. To round things out, we brought the timeless, creamy comfort of the North to our Tomato Makhni.
